主持一项国家自然科学基金项目：切应力调控内皮祖细胞促进内皮修复预防再狭窄的力学生物学机制。主持一项鲁东大学引进人才基金项目：烟碱对血管平滑肌细胞功能的影响。参与多项国家自然科学基金项目。
主要研究成果和论文有：“Accurate immune repertoire sequencing reveals malaria infection driven antibody lineage diversification in young children”；“Role of Rac and Rho-GDI alpha in the frequency-dependent expression of h1-calponin in vascular smooth muscle cells under cyclic mechanical strain”；“Frequency-dependent phenotype modulation of vascular smooth muscle cells under cyclic mechanical strain”；“Cyclic strain modulates migration and proliferation of vascular smooth muscle cells via Rho-GDIalpha, Rac1, and p38 pathway”；“ MicroRNA-34a targets Forkhead box j2 to modulate differentiation of endothelial progenitor cells in response to shear stress”等20余篇，分别发表于《Nature commnunications》、《Journal of Vascular Research》、《Biophysical Journal》、《Annals of Biomedical Engineering》、《Journal of Molecular and Cellular Cardiology》、《解剖学报》、《中国细胞生物学学报》、《中国生物化学与分子生物学报》《生物医学工程学杂志》、《中国临床解剖学杂志》和《实验室科学》等杂志。 |
